Warranty Information


In place of a manufacturer’s warranty, Firerock Fine Jewelry provides a comprehensive 2-year warranty on all watches we sell.

Product Warranty

At Firerock Fine Jewelry, every watch is backed by our commitment to quality and service. All watches are automatically registered for warranty at the time of purchase. Your invoice or sales order date serves as the official warranty start date. 

We provide a 2-year limited warranty on all brand-name watches purchased in-store or through our website.

What's Covered

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, including:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Internal watch movement issues (e.g. abnormal time gain/loss or failure to keep proper time)

What's Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from external factors, misuse, or normal wear and tear. Exclusions include:

  • Water or moisture damage

  • Damage to external components, including:

    • Case

    • Crystal/glass

    • Bracelet or band

    • Bezel

    • Straps

    • Screws

    • Crown/stem

    • Finishes

    • Clasps or buckles

  • Cosmetic wear from daily use

  • Damage caused by dropping, impact, or improper handling

  • Lost or missing stones or decorative elements

  • Battery replacement for quartz watches

  • Minor time deviation within acceptable mechanical tolerances

  • Vintage watches (sold as-is and excluded from warranty)

  • Damage resulting from use outside manufacturer's guidelines, including water and resistance limits

  • Any modification, servicing, or repairs performed by a third party. Third-party repairs will void this warranty.

Important note on water resistance: For watches with a screw-down crown, the crown must be properly secured at all times to maintain water resistance. Water damage is not covered under this warranty.

Warranty Terms

Firerock Fine Jewelry will repair or replace, at our discretion, any watch covered under this warranty. This includes all parts and labor during the warranty period.

We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of use, time or inconvenience. 

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. Additional rights may vary by state. 

Warranty Process

All warranty repairs are performed by our expert technicians at our headquarters in Fountain Hills, Arizona.

To initiate a claim:

  2. Obtain Approval
    Please wait for written authorization before sending or bringing in your watch

  3. Send or Drop Off Your Watch
    Once approved, securely ship your watch or bring it to our store

  4. Repair & Return
    After repair, your watch will be returned promptly
