30-Day Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items for an exchange or refund within 30 days. Firerock Fine Jewelry will not cover the cost of return shipping.
Items must be in unworn, new condition, with the security tab (if applicable) intact. Conditions that will void your ability to return items include: scratching, breaking, or wearing items; opening the inside of the watch; removing links; removing the security tab on high-end items; or, lastly, if the item explicitly states in the description that it cannot be returned.
Return Instructions
Before returning any item, you must message us to get an RMA# (Return Number). We will send you an email with this number, a form to complete, and a return address for sending the item. Keep your purchase, accessories, any provided security tags, and all packing materials in new condition to avoid the return being refused.
Please notify us within 5 Business Days of purchase if there is a significant discrepancy with an order. Please inspect all packages upon receipt.
